This is simply a strong and targeted deep tissue massage that takes into account a
review of the client’s functional fitness, activation and pain points.

Lynsey’s  approach is not to beat the client into submission she works with your body, slowlyand deeply to achieve the best results. The session will include an assessment of the client’s pain symptoms and aftercare advice.
